This list does not include info about the UNO "Livelink" program, which is a virtual field experience program using PictureTel videoconference equipment. They are in their 4th successful semester making 384 and 768 IP based videoconference connections between their College of Education and local classrooms. They are not using private network connections to do this: they are using regular 'commodity' internet connections. Their successes making these types of connections has huge implications for our TIF project.
