AKS Minutes - March 22, 2007

SPECIAL CALLED MEETING Members in Attendance: Gary & Debbie Floyd Doug & Denise Conder Bo & Jo Long Carolyn Wade Carl Holtman (by proxy) Location: 3201 Century Meeting was called to order at 8:00 pm BUSINESS: Gary reported that he had received a letter from the IRS requesting additional information on our Form 1023 filing. Copies of the letter were distributed. One of the items requested was an amendment to our club’s Articles of Association. The proposed addendum to the Articles of Association was distributed and discussed. A motion to approve was made by Doug, seconded by Bo, motion carried. In addition, copies of a letter addressing all other IRS questions were distributed. Contents of the letter was discussed in detail. Following discussion, we as a group, identified our club’s future goals. These goals were then transferred to the letter for the IRS. Meeting adjourned. Minutes by Jo Long, AKS Secretary
