Problems with primer adhesion to neoprene bumper

Problems with the final coat. Darnit!!

This is a "light" spot on the front nose of the car. I did a touchup on the seam between the nose piece and the fender and didn't realize until afterward that metallic paint would look lighter/darker as you move away from the crease. I assume it has something to do with the paint misting on the previous coat at the outer edges of the paint gun's spray pattern.

The rear doesn't look as bad even though I touched up the area in the same manner as the front seam, but you can notice a light area between the rear marker light opening and the back of the wheel wheel.

This is the passenger's side of the car. Notice there are a few more "auras" near the top of the front marker light opening.

Time to figure out what to do to fix these areas if that's possible without recoating the entire car.

I don't think the spots bother my cat.
