Boolean Regular: How to Search the World Wide Web: A Tutorial for Beginners and Non-Experts, by David Habib and Robert Balliot, September,1999. This tutorial is more in-depth. It has a little advanced information for rehab counselors needing to learn more about search methods.
High Octane Boolean: Tutorial: A Guide to Effective Searching on the Internet By Mata Hari. This is the advanced stuff when you're ready for it. This site is for hard core, web-head, information hounds.
Search Engine at UC Berkley library. Excellent search engine with academic capability.
The Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) promotes a high degree of usability for people with disabilities. Another such site is Bobby, a web-based tool that analyzes web pages for their accessibility to people with disabilities. Liszt has over 90,000 listserves for people to discuss their favorite topics.
